A/wahab, no one considered Galmudug a federal state, and even shaykh sharif said they should join with another gobol to qualify, (which galmudug agreed to as the guideline to becoming a federal state, idiots), so what is the surprise? They don't even control 1 gobol, but part of two gobols. They first need Galgaduud to merge to form one complete maamul, and then figure something out. I doubt they will join hiiraan, and puntland will never let go of mudug. I Think the federal parliament needs to find a solution.
