Is the Kenyan-lead initiative the best solution?

Postby grandpakhalif » Sun Mar 17, 2013 2:31 pm

After seeing time and time again that Qoslaaye's administration has continously failed to improve Xamar's security apparatus and his increasing incompetancy I am starting to consider the Kenyan lead solution to be the least harmful towards Jubbaland. Although the cagdheer have and will continue to attempt to subdue non-Kablalax residents of Jubbaland, Kenya and the Kibaki administration have shown to be quite neutral in the recent events that unfolded in Kismaayo.

My question to those who are against the Kenyan-led initiative is why? The alternative is Qoslaaye's babysat Ugandan administration babysat by 16,000 troops and a handful of mooryan troops.

It is much better for us to put our stakehold (Gedo and parts of jubbooyinka) in a darod-lead initative than a hawiye one.

If u want to be ruled from Nairobi then yeah Kenyan lead initiative is best solution.

Axmed Madoobe prefers to be ruled from Nairobi instead of Xamar.

Exactly, Gurguurte has no real tangible power, he can barely control his rabid abgaal troops from looting and raping let alone command a proffessional army. If Kenya can help the two brotherly clans of OG & MR, forge ties and can secure jubbaland from al shabab terrorists than I will be more than happy. look at mombasa and lamu. :blessed:

no such thing as daarood vs hawiye in jubbaland its a myth created by MJ's to form kablalax in order to sideline sade. in somalia today no one can force anything on another and no clan can take another clans degaan. so this worry about "HAG" or "HAWIYE" taking over jubbaland is baseless.

now kenya has an agenda for jubbaland and ogadeen a foreign kenyan clan have signed with the kenyan government agreements if the kenyan government could give jubbaland to them. we will fight this and will use all our resources. the SNA in jubbaland is marehan so while our forces have the somali governments name theirs have a jabhad clan name.

the somali goverment will disband all jabhads, ASWJ which i would say is the most powerful jabhad has no choice and agreed to join the goverment forces, same will be done to raas kambooni and the day they join is the day ahmed madoobi will be reduced to nothing. he knows this and that is why he is rushing to create jubbaland.

our best option and the one we are doing is to stall jubbaland and politically defeat raas kambooni which will happen in the next few months.

The security of Muqdisho improves by the day. What are you talking about?

If you don't like the President, fine. But don't lie and call him and his government incompetent. He is doing a great job.

If you want to be Kenya's 9th province, go ahead. :blessed:

I dont know about you but entrusting the future of jbland in the hands of mooryaans is way too precarious! If villa somalia isnt safe why the hell would you expect mogadisho to be and forget about the rest of somalia. Not to mention these people want the pm to apologize for upholding the constitution..

The government is in charge of the formation of federal states. If that clause of the constitution is not abided by, then nobody will abide by anything in the already stupid to begin with constitution has to say. Basically, the Kismayo/Jubbaland issue will either be then end of the current Somali government or it will make it concrete. Judging by the way the international community is rushing to make sure this government lasts, embassies opening up, arms embargo being lifted etc etc, its safe to say that the international community will not tolerate any hindering or disorder in the new Somali Republic, hence the Somali government will use the weight of its legitimacy in the eyes of the world to have its way with Kismayo.

How do you think the international community will respond to Somali army officers selling weapons to Al Shabaab?
Think about that for a few minutes before commenting about the peaceful formation of J/Land. :D :som:

Nomand,

You make some valid points but you are forgetting that the AMISOM-protected govt in Xamar has no capacity nor will to impose its will on certain matters, for example the Qoslaaye admin wants to facilitate the meeting in Xamar instead of making the effort to travel to Kismaayo and negotiate their terms. Why has the govt refused to even get into the Kismayo meetings and also why have they done their best effort to stall such meetings? it is clear that Qoslaaye wants to superimpose mooryan will on kismaayo and seeks to stir clan trouble and qoslaaye is not innocent in this.

Titanium, it's preposterous that you say Xamar is secure when just last night $200,000 worth of weapons were stolen from Villa Somaliya.

The game is trying to use excuse when C/Yusuf came with the Ethiopians he was called traitor while ethiopians as occupying force by hutus when Sharif took over the same position he was hailed as liberator/mullah while ethiopians became our brothers.

When KDF is fighting AS with the aid of Darood in juboyinka they call them the same as they did to C/Yusuf ,suppose HAG affiliates were to swap positions with Axmed Madoobe and Aw Libax, you would have seen swahili songs been sang in Xamar restaurants while Kenyan flags prevalent in Xamar.

Meshan isir naceyb ba kajira and it doesnt take rocket science to figure it out. :Puhlease:

Grandpa, do you think there is any doubt Jubbaland will be formed? If not, what is the hurry? How can a state be born, if right outside of K-city, there are Alshabab troops? What is in the hands of Alshabab is greater than what is not. The Kenyan's have shown they have no good will in making the eradication of Shabab a top priority. They came into K-city 6 months ago, and they have not even ventured out. Kenya like Ethiopia are our neighbors, any involvement in Somalia should always be suspect.

Also, stop bad mouth Xassan Sheikh, he has not shown any adversity to any people in Somalia. He is also working hard together with PM Shirdoon to bring about a new age of Somali governance.
