That looks like a colony flag lol, I don't think it will work because the size isn't right and the graphics don't come out accurate.

It could be simpler. The one chosen looks like the Djiboutian flag with the colors re-arranged. Some of the flags from this thread are not bad. Personally I like the one below a lot. Somalinet members created it for Puntland I believe before the Gerowe administration went for the Sierra Leone flag.
