shakh madoobe: i was offered to be the governor

notice: this thread is about an old politics and secrets so no comments pls just for reading.
its was not a secret that the govt was suggesting this thing for a long time but it was not yet official.
what sort of person is shaykh madoobe? does he he wants to be another faroole? And hence he refused the army to be
federal or the port wich should have boost the govts revenue?
In a way like he got it by inheritance talking to the meeting the shaykh has said: i was asked to stop the conference and was told no one is entitled to run for....than you, just keep it you only need an official legitimacy!.
He kinda says he only needs their public legitimacy and that is why he didnt stop the conference.
