Aw-Libaax is going to become the first President of Jubbaland. He has been the backbone of the Jubbaland conference, has respected from IGAD and internationak community as one of the 5 signatories to the Roadmap, has the back of all of Gedo, the Ahlu Sunnah people, and even Kamboni has started to give him deference as a man beyond everyone else's stature.

It will open February 23...with 500 reps based on region and district. They will ratify the constitution, choose the President who will build the Jubbaland government. The government is expected to be there.
