according to the so called dastuur, jubbaland power sharing on parliament shall consist of 65 Members based on districts.
7 districts are in gedo and belong to marehan and on kismaayo district, marehan will get half the members.

You say 7 districts of Gedo belong to Marehan....are you really sure about that?
From what I heard there are districts with Rahanweyne, Absame and Garre majorities.
