On a serious not sxb: Puntland is the only real state as of today and if they are demanding equal rights to the gov what do you expect of other future states?
This can't/won't work if they don't sort out the constitution. It has to be clear what rights a state have and what the role of the government is. What ever rights a state gets none of it should include foreign relationships. Hadii kale sheekadu waa iska budhuu badhaa sxb.
