He was ready for a long time since they asked for to reduce the number of deligates from 1000 to 500 he still extra 50 as 550 but there was a puntland pressure on him to not stop the conference. Back then puntland had an agreement with the govt but secretly they were ringing all the time to him this make hassan sheekh to not agree yet with the pms agreement in garoowe.
