Postby sahal80 » Mon Apr 29, 2013 7:15 pm

Will be arriving there soon With his technical committee.
The ball is in his court, the govt is not going back to there. Sources said this will be the last talk ever between them.

He`s only going there because he knows he will lose in a fair election.
He was ready for a long time since they asked for to reduce the number of deligates from 1000 to 500 he still extra 50 as 550 but there was a puntland pressure on him to not stop the conference. Back then puntland had an agreement with the govt but secretly they were ringing all the time to him this make hassan sheekh to not agree yet with the pms agreement in garoowe. Since garguurte being there no more pressure on him.
He can win if the other two candidates gaandi and shakool accept him to be the only beeshas candidate or will go xamar, they refused since then a lot of buuq and arguments and each had his ergo in his xaafad I think he had some who said to him we have already elected you mabrook! But was not even half of them.
Look my old post 13 apr, the rest wanted first to form the mps and he wanted the deligates to vote he won this but since they reduced his odoyaal with all these rich candidates he has no other choice except to go for culusow

Besides this, there is another inside problem as three groups in the conference are addressing firstly at forming local mps that would represent their district residents and elect the president while shaykh madobe wants the delegates(ergo) to vote instead.
with each day more candidates are arriving and the system arranged by the ex pm is the mps to vote the situation has become for the shaykh uncontrollable realizing his earlier mistake he is now likely to talk to the govt and accept the halting.
Shaykh madoobe is more capable of controlling the delegates but has less chance of winning under the mps.

One of the reasons for relocating the conference to the Kenyan controlled airport, was to reduce the tension/intimidation felt by some of the delegates.
Ahmed Madobe is not the candidate of choice. People understand a seasoned politician is needed to lead J/Land.

Madobe has always put his personal ambition before the interests of J/Land.

Madobe is just an admin, that is his card but, the conference is a different thing, it has an structural problems about the districts and the delegates. Are you the people of the conference are able to carry such task transparently? There is the question.
All the nowadays problems are only about the delegates and the disricts and their mps were postponed so the can agree first on the election.
Until now the delegates were not picked yet they said they will before the next week end so again...
Let's back now to saaxib al card, he doesn't like the govt but he stay as an interim admin but not as his imaginary southren state.
South somalia is totally different than puntland, al shabaab still controls 70% of jubbaland, besides al shabaab the southren govt is very united as you can see the speaker is now visiting turkey.

Sahal whether these Kenyan backed talks collapse or not, one thing that is for sure is in the future there will be a Jubbaland. The locals there want it.

The proposal that they will get in Xamar is the same proposal that was given in Kismayo. Provincial Administrations

L Jubba Ogaden Governor
Middle Jubba Sheikhaal Governor
Gedo Marehan Governor
Kismayo Marehan Mayor

However the locals there want a regional adminstration Where the Jubba River starts in Doolow to the Indian ocean in Raskambooni.

You can have your kismayo and lower jubba then, the govt aint bothered about it. I have some info that after the soon liberation of barawe a navy army will land at the east of jilib on the coastal region. This will take some weeks, then, they gonna install the middle jubba governor in there.
