“Shirkan waxaa casuumaddiisa fidiyay aniga (Xasan Sheekh) iyo ra’iisul wasaaraha UK, waxaana horgeynaynaa qodobbo ay dowladdu dejisay oo ay ka mid yihiin lixda qodob ee dowladda saldhigga u ah iyo qodobobo kale oo ay ka mid yihiin; qorshayaasheenna amniga, cadaaladda, maareynta maaliyadda iyo aragtida siyaasadeed ee dalka oo dhan lagu hananayo,” ayuu yiri madaxweyne Xasan.

Sidoo kale, wuxuu sheegay in shirka ay horgeyn doonaan qorshe ku saabsan dhibaatooyinka loo geysto haweenka Soomaaliyeed oo uu ugu horreeyo kufsiga isagoo sheegay inuu rajeynayo in shirkaas ay kasoo baxaan qodobbo wax ku ool ah.

Ugu dambeyn, madaxweynaha Soomaaliya wuxuu sheegay in dowladda UK ay noqotay dowladdii ugu horreysay oo shir lagu caawinayo Soomaaliya ku qabato London 22-sano kaddib, iyadoo Soomaalida ogolaata inay hoggaanka shirka qabtaan, wuxuuna xusay in shirkaas ay barbar socon doonaan oo lagu xoojinayo shirkan.

Xildhibaannadii kulanka kasoo qaybgalay ayaa si aad ah ugu riyaaqay sida uu madaxweynuhu faahfaahinta uga bixiyay dhamaan qodobbadii uu ka hadlay; iyadoo tani ay noqonayso markii labaad oo madaxweynuhu uu ka horjeediyo baarlamaanka howlaha dowladda u qasboomay iyo kuwa u dhiman tan iyo markii xilkan loo doortay sideed bilood ka hor.

Another feeble attempt on the part of of a desperate character to initiate basically what amounts to a jump-ball. There is nothing new in the remarks made by the president regarding the Kismaayo conference or the formation of Jubaland.

^^ That it self would not have been a bad idea, the Hawiyes just need to mobilize militia along with the Merehaan and remove the raskambooni i think that is hassans plan. He needs to lobby in European countries Belgium and London that Kenyatta is violating his territorial sovereignty. I am starting to Like this hassan guy he alienated every daarood sub clan except Merehaan. For the first time in 22 years Hawiye have produced a President who stands his ground.

God bless

Murax anything is possible this is Somalia the country of tribes sub clan sub sub sub clans alligences and 22 years of civil and counting. If that doesn't happen than the status quo will remain the Kenyans will stay in Kismayo, and hassan and saacid will stay in xamar and end their term in xamar talking about beesha calaamka bana tageertey iyo what not. While the Kablalax declare their autonomous state protected by Kenyans.

The differences in Kismaayo will be between the Gov of Kenya, Somalia, Ethiopia or if it involves Somalis the two biggest groups in the region Sade/Absame. You really think Marehan would use other clans to fight their Absame cousins?

Anyway this issue isn't qabil it is a issue of a argument over the constitution.

The president can resolve this issue quite easily by blessing a temporary admin over the 3 regions, and then maybe within a year when the area is able to hold elections over see such an election. He would even be able to push puntland to come onboard or isolate it if it refuses. Blindly opposing the Jubaland process is ill-advised, short-sighted, and shows lack of political maturity.

Why should the concern for minorities risk alienating heavily armed tribes you need on your side?

Besides these Bantu, sheekhal, even if the TFG holds the conference have zero chance of leading any meaningful position anyway, the current stakeholders would still be running the show.

That is why only an election would solve this issue of minority (un-armed ) marginalization which will not happen anytime soon (so along as alshabaab has strongholds in the south).

Murax please Somalis taking constitution serious goormey Somali dastuur qadiraan naga daa dee.

Its obvious the government in xamar doesn't want to see this Jubbaland

You are right there will not be a war because there are AU troops there will not be a war as long as the Amisom kenyan forces are there the Ethiopians are very neutral on this they dont want to oppose hasans govt . So they stay on the side lines but the TPLF prefers a Jubbaland state with a weak central government the weaker Somalia the better for Ethiopia easy to influence. The Kenyans are after their buffer zone and the government seems to be clueless what to do next, if hassan manages to remove the troops from Kismayo the AU kenyan troops and replaces them with other African union troops he can show this jubbaland thing the door.

The government does not want to see a daarood dominated 3 regions state , they prefer the six state regions a mixed state a federal state, hassan said few times that he wants federalism but what is federalism he said its not about 2 tribes forming a state its about regions forming a state. in that way hawiye and rahanweyn and darood are equal to the six state and there would be an assembly of 100 MPs equally shared between those tribes.

The government is composed of all tribes, including Darood, the PM is one. The 3 regions will not be dominated by one tribe, their will be one overall leader, 2 VPs, and the rest of the leadership will be shared along clan lines.

Sxb, let's not wish for war & anarchy to continue, your statements harbor ill thoughts towards your brothers in the south. Pray for their success ya khalid/Emperior.
