A nabadoon is an elder who works with the government, it is elders who worked with the former President, it includes Ugaas, Suldaan, Garaad.

I think the tittle Ugaas is only Marehan and Ogaden who use, but Islaan is Majerteeen and Ogaden where as Garaad is Dhulbahante and Suldaan is common to most.
