sh madobe declines to attend xamar conference

Postby sahal80 » Wed May 29, 2013 3:46 pm

Faroole may have changed his mind too but sources are saying he wants the conference to take place in puntland. hassan sheekh is supposed to meet him in nairobi on his way to japan.
Kenya did not recognize ahmed madoobes administration so his only choice is to deal with the govt. Mp hoosh who is visiting kismayo has revealed yesterday this news.

Sahal....I welcome this change of direction by Hassan Sheikh.
However, it may be a case of, too little too late.

Such is the mistrust and suspicion of this Govt.
I fear Hassan Sheikh may become a lame duck president.

It would be better for Somali unity if such a divisive and polarising figure as Hassan Sheikh stood down.

Even Hiiraan has turned against Culusow, this government may even beat TNG's record of ineffectiveness.

Hassan sheekh is an akhyaar guy, he would fight hard but doesn't take advantage of his power when your a weak like they say al cafwu cinda al maqdira.
The govt has brough this up before but it was madoobe who rejected it.
This is not analyzing or scenario, this is an inside info, madoobe will stay I tell you how.
As you know the kenyan project has failed so its inevitable for him to deal with the govt.
As for the govt, they have seen him playing his last qar iska tuur card(suicidal choice) like his attempt to seceede from somalia wich was a funny thing demographically speaking.
They are taking into account many things like that he had never been in trouble with his sublan so instead of installing new faces that are less influential than him....maybe some protest could happen too involving his subclan, thus its better to let him stay as he already has order, army...
The proposal is the conference to be held soon, its not about election, its about making the road map for the future federal administration.... a new legislations have been sent to the parliament wich requires the federal states to work within it. after the road map he will get appointed as the interim jubbaland governor for a year, state officials will be his deputies and will lose his current deputies. They key point is that the three gobols will be kept together in this transitional year. This shows that the govt wasn't againist federalism but had its own vision for the three regions represented by its native peoples.
The conference could be held in baydhabe if that place is more convenient for some.

That proposal will not be accepted.
No federal Govt interference in local affairs will be tolerated.
