The earlier Puntland and Jubba delegation is also rumored to participate in these talks.The Jubbaland delegation is open to allowing the government to have input in building the remaining organs of the Jubba Government but it will reject any suggestion of nullifying the outcome of the Kismaayo conference which is the source of their legitimacy( The vast majority of Jubba elders elected them).

Madoobe is joining his group faroole, gandhi, sharmarke in there. Faroole is his wakiil and he was making in there some arrangements with hassan sheekh(at the airport) and kenya.
Kenya has reached a mutual understanding with the somali govt on the sea and border issues in exchange to let the govt to carry its national stabilization plan in jubbaland.
