hassan sheekh takes ahmed madoobes last stronghold

Postby sahal80 » Wed Jun 05, 2013 3:48 pm

To be honest kenya has been defeated at AU and the rest of IC but I guess there is some compromise on some thing though the govt officials like the FM and spokesperson have denied it but one thing is for sure that the kenyan media was talking about how their project in south somalia has failed besides the somali govt and its mps being threatening them.

In a nice place outside of nairobi after two days of talks the two leaders have reached a secret agreement on the jubbaland file.
1- kenya has accepted the secret AU/AMISOM plan wich will remove them from kismayo to the hinterland before they announce it as some thing between the two countries thus, they should keep their hands off kismayo and will handover their positions to sierra leone and the govt forces through a process or when they are enough ready.
2- kenya has no business or will not have an influence on who he(hassan sheekh) wants to appoint as the governor of jubbaland thus, kenya has only got one thing for shaykh madoobe; to surrender to his will. This means shaykh madoobes fate lies in the hands of hassan sheekh. There are many candidates at this moment but as the somali president wants to reach a real solution besides the raas kamboonis role in removing al shabaab its expected the shykh to stay.

How can the President 'appoint' a President to Jubbaland? Isn't the Leader of a Federal State supposed to be appointed through elections?

That is right but it will happen after the national stabilization plan comes to an end. However, as jubbaland has deeper conflicts, it requeres longer time between a year and two years of an interim adminstration. In other words, your federalism will be the last in around 20014 when you will elect your own leader.

if you're going to spew illiterate crap all the time can't you at least make a little sense, use simple words and sentences which you can understand, and most of all learn about the basics of what you want to inform us about.

Hassan Sheik has disappointed HAG with his last meeting with Kenyatta. Why is Hassan Sheik going to Nairobi to meet with Kenyatta, again and again ? He should have NOT gone to Kenya, rebuked Kenyatta for organizing a Harti family meeting and quickly organized a counter meeting with the ProHAG leaders of NFD.

That's your HAG problem, your only looking for confrontations(al khusoomaat) al xokooma laa tabxath can al khusoomaat.
Hassan sheekh believes keep your enemies closer. Secondly, that group have no business in the govt any more and don't know what is going on in the world stages but for the sake of the regional local affairs he has to meet every one but don't worry hassan sheekh is very influential and things would go to his way... don't forget this

As for the donkey uhuru, the govt uses the carrot and stick policy with him, they would dangle the carrot in front of him and if he is not moving the stick is waiting him.

Lastly, the govt hasn't reached yet the hard power stage so be realistic its about to win or not to lose.
