sheekh ahmed madoobe : I'm going to xamar

I think jubbaland file has been closed during hassan sheekhs visit to nairobi and nothing to be added because it was part of the understanding between the two countries. What makes clear this is that things didn't work according to the way of shaykh madoobes friends, it ended between him and hassan sheekh.

Since yesterday, sheekh ahmed was saying that he is going to meet the somali president and today at kismayo airport he repeated it again that he is going to xamar.

The sheekh will pay a visit to the capital before the conference and then will attend the conference in its time. Like we have revealed last time after their short meeting in nairobi that hassan sheekh told him to see him in xamar.

I think the instrument that the govt uses to install its institutions in there is wrong, since they are going to appoint this sheekh they should collaborate with him to reach that.

As for gandi he insisted to be part of the meeting but hassan sheekh said no, they had a meeting, all the group and they let him to go on his own.

What you don't understand is that somalia and kenya have reached an understanding, I mean they involved kenya in the problem instead of clashing with it. Now with the govts conditions/way the sheekh will stay and he has to work with mogadisho.
The point is that the govts stabilization plan has gone through, having the second man in the administration wich is what xamar was fighting for now who cares who should lead it.
