Of course xamar is just like any other deegaan that is why your not part of its administration just like you have your own administration.

Mogadisho is the capital and the face of somalia that only means the country is ruled from this part of somalia and that the government institutions are based in there but it will stay like any other somali deegaan and you will get treated like you treat them in your deegaan. Fairness.

Not hating on the good people of reer dayniile but I belive they should cooperate with the govt in crushing al shabaab. The attackers were from daynille, even dayniile owned all banaadir website states this that they come from there in a car.

Cabdi karim wants to get rid of the suspicious officials in the police. The attackers had some connection with some police officers who gave them the official dress and information.
