Sadexda Qodob Ee Lagu Heshiiyay Waxay u dhignaayeen sidan:-

1)- Maamulka Hawadda lagala wareego Qarrammadda Midoobay oo lagu wareejiyo Guddi wada jir ah oo ka kooban Somaliland iyo Soomaaliya. Gudidaasna fadhigoodu noqdo Hargeysa. Guddidaasi waxay soo gudbin doonaan nidaam si siman dakhliga loogu qeybsan doono.
2)- In la sii wado wada hadaladda.

3)- In wada hadaladda kan ku xigaa lagu qabto isla dalka Turkiga muddo 120 maalmood ah (afar bilood) ah ka dib.

good start if true but really if we're to reach the core topic which is somaliland's sacrosanct independence, we have to not agree to anything that would give xamar any influence on our sovereign decisions e.g. foreign aid/investment

meanwhile in the same time as talking, sticking to our principles, i urge hargeisa to modernize and beef up our defence forces by:

a. making all unemployed men join the military by force
b. ignore the un embargo by bringing in all offensive/defensive weapons regardless of market source and origin
c. establish a domestic weapons production company to be self sufficiency
d. establish a proper air force, air defence force and navy with each branch along with army having as good as possible equipment
e. seal a military pact with ethiopia

A joint committee Somalia and Somaliland will manage the airspace revenues and divide into 2 for Somalia and Somaliland and their office will be in hargeisa , this is good it is special status , there is nothing else to discuss the talks anything from that cannot be agreed on and needs international mediation i am not sure if they meed in 120 days they will agree. No need for paranoia there is no threat coming from Somalia not in decades

Well ofcourse yes but only 3 points were agreed nothing else but ofcourse Mogadishu wins to because the airspace will be managed by a joint committee and their members will be seated in hargeisa, still be some attachment but at least its a start

These talks will not head any where until there is mediation
