My connections adds that they will deploy multi-amisom in the airport and the port and that the kenyans after they lose their control of over the port will lose their interest in this region.

We know that shaykh madoobe is building his army and enjoys full control of the town but the govt uses a diplomatic means to change the situation from up to down to the point that some of the govt officials are suggesting this time to give the shaykh a macsalaamo role wich is a kinda of appointing him in a non important place or giving him money instead of making him an interim governor as they believe that the kenyan role in there is getting smaller though this is not the general policy of the ruling elite.

The somali govt was planning first an independent AU political representative office to be installed in kismayo... Apparently, somalia and djabouti have made some contacts so they come up with this faster solution.

AU respects the legitimacy in its member states like they suspended egypts membership after its military coup.

A multi-amisom from djabouti, uganda, burundi, seirra leone will get deployed in kismayo besides kenya with djabouti imposing the duties.

A daarood dominated state in Kismayo is against the larger Hawiye objective so they will do everything to stop it , the Alshabaab are not that of a threat , they are a threat for now, but a daarood dominated state south of Mogadishu is a long term threat. And will seriously challenge the Hawiye domination of south and central Somalia. So thats why HAG elites are focused on the Kismayo conflict. The Keynyan intervention is just a disguise to target the daarood Kenyan alliance. But the Hawiye led government has nothing against other Amisom countries.
