If the answers to these questions are yes then fair enough waa in leyska celiya. That said, no killing of old men just because they are from a particular qabiil, that escalates the matter from misbehaving mooryaan being put back in their place to a qabiil war and that would end badly for everyone involved.
edit: If there is proof that the Minister did this and this isn't just defamation, he needs to be arrested and brought to justice.
