I have also heard it from few sheekhals from ethiopia, they do not want to claim hawiye, because they have good reputation amongst the people in Ogadenia as people of religion, so they do not want to ruin that..

But if you go to kismayo or else where in somalia, the sheekhals there will tell u that they are pure hawiyes.. and gaaljecel.
