I thought him and the gov't had reached some kind of Truce. If he appoints Ministers, That would fuel the same tension and the gov't will still go on discrediting him. That means another war and problems.
I dont believe there is any agreement between the president of jubbaland and the president of the SFG , he has to make a cabinet in order for his admin to succeed he cannot wait longer. why would there be war if he announces his cabinet.
