somali president to meet his opposition in kampala

Postby sahal80 » Sun Aug 04, 2013 2:12 am

There has been recently a covered and concealed talks in addis as a kinda of pre-arrangements of a potential compromise. Through kenya and uganda though its uncertain.

Looks like the talks and the amisom summit will keep on parrallel to eachother.

The agenda as they put it is about is to talk about the amisom operations...for the somali govt, its agenda is about building the somali army who will replace amisom in the future according to the spokesperson

Most of the amisom countries are fearing for their mission because of the kismayo issue, its possible that they may ask kenya to clear its positions and if she has her own security card to operate outside of kismayo but things doesn't sound like that.

Kenya to abondon its position and stay professional should have some role in the arrangement. Maybe uganda is showing some pressure and says let us end this shyt now.

Yusuf garaad reveals a meeting that will take place in kampala between the somali president and his oPpsition

"Shir kale oo aan weli la shaacin, lana xaqiijin ayaa la ii sheegay in uu isna ka dhacayo Kampala caawa ama berrito.

Madaxweynaha Soomaaliya, Xasan Shiikh Maxamuud iyo Wasiirka Madaxtooyada Faarax Cabdulqaadir ayaan maqlay in ay la kulmayaan Cumar Cabdirashiid Cali Sharmaarke oo hore u soo noqday Ra’iisal Wasaare, Maxamed Cabdi Gaandi, oo hadda ka hor noqday Wasiirka Difaaca iyo Taliyihii hore ee Booliiska, Cal Maxamed Xasan Looyaan.

Saddexdan mas’uul ee madaxweynaha la kulmaya waxay ka mid ahaayeen ragga garwadeenka ka ahaa shirka Kismaayo ee khilaafka weyni ka dhashay, dad badan oo Soomaali ah lagu dilay, qaar kale lagu dhaawacay, qaarna lagu barakiciyay.

Hore waxaa Addis Ababa ku kulmay, Wasiirka Madaxtooyada, Faarax Cabdulqaadir iyo Madaxwweynaha Jubaland ee lagu doortay shirka Kismaayo, Axmed Maxamed Islaan. Lama shaacin wax ay isla meel dhigeen. Shirkaasi wuxuu la kowsaday dagaal ay dad badani ku dhinteen magaaladana uu gacanta ku wada dhigay Axmed Maxamed Islaan.

Kulanka Addis Ababa lama faafin wax la isla gaaray"

Compromise is indeed a very kind word for the position the Mayor of Mogadishu finds himself today after all that chest beating.

Looks like the New Mayor never took Pol-science-101 and is being given on the job training.

Lesson-1 Never Take A Extreme Political Position!
Lesson-2 Compromise before blood shed!
lesson-3-Save-face to possibly continue in current political position, future political career ruined stay out of politics.

I love the way Sahal tries to spin it into a strong Govt posisition.
All his predictions have proved incorrect.

The Kenyans will be staying indefinitely.
There is no prolonged war and turmoil in Kismayo.
J/Land have refused to be split into Gobols.
The IC recognised Madobe as the legitimate interloper for the region.
There will be no moryaan troops allowed into Kismayo.

Anyone can see its all over bar the shouting.
J/Land will soon be recognised by Hassan Sheikh with a few face saving provisos.
Hopefully he will focus on the dire situation in Xamar and its environs. :D :som:

OD

This goes along side what i always said, I don't know how you read my posts. I said the govt will never implement its own admin in kismayo like they did in the other southren regions but at the same time its able to stop a one sided administration in kismayo that is why all these conflicts and negotiations

There are somes changes from the govt side like its new team in the talks, we know farah abdulkadir but I read the somali ambassador to the uk was added.

there is a new vision inside the govt that wants to compromise though the pm is againist it but uganda may use pressure on the govts camp to accept the compromise yet I'm not stating would they accept or no. Just my personal opinion... Having seen farmaajo clash with uganda and now ethiopia and kenya supporting this I have the feelings that this compromise will be reached no matter how long it will take.

Sorry I was busy and couldnt edit my first post
