Bro, from someone who's own Pops was all over Somalia recently, remember that Xassan Sh, Shirdon, all these guys are powerless man. They will sign whatever they are commanded to sign by the International Community and that will be the end of it. A low level Ugandan AMISOM Platoon commander in HawlWadaag could probably force Xassan Sh into signing any document if he so choses, let alone the Ethiopian Prime Minister.
