banki moon calls to support amisom with helicopters

Postby sahal80 » Wed Sep 04, 2013 5:03 am

The govts intelligence and security officials are useless, they are careless and constantly scandalizing the govt.

There are thousands of trained soldiers and they can't secure one road for two days! This is the most portion of the govt how could they be able to stop such plots with this carelessness!!

Its apparent there is a policy to not remove them!

This news comes after the presidents convoy was ambushed by al shabaab yesterday

Govt has denied but a local police officer has confirmed it in the early hours wich is another scandal!

"United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has warned about the situation in Somalia, saying the African country may slide back into being a failed state.

On Tuesday, Ban called on world countries to provide the African Union-led peacekeeping force in Somalia with attack helicopters and armored troop carriers to be used against al-Shabab group, The Associated Press reported.

The UN chief said, "The political, security, and development gains made so far in Somalia are still reversible," as al-Shabab "continues to undermine security throughout the country, including in (capital) Mogadishu."

"Allowing al-Shabab to continue its training and conduct terrorist activities from bases in Somalia will not only undermine peace in Somalia, but also that of the wider region," he added"

More support for Amisom, I don't see where the government of DiinDiin will benefit. Already the international community pays 100 dollar a month per somali soldier and 1500 a month per Ugandan soldier with heaven artillery, military convoy and helicopter in their position, the head of the united nation is asking more support for Amisom which will pave the way for UN peacekeepers.

Goodnight Somalia and good morning reer hebel iyo reer hebel welcome to greater Ethiopia.
