Another bait thread.

The guy had the power to send the Somali Air Force to bombard USC positions. He had the power to use the countless BM-21 Grad missiles and tanks to hold his ground. If he didn't use the Fighter Jets, what makes you think he would've used Chemical Weapons? He even willingly left Mogadishu just 26 days after the USC entered the city. Once he saw that the USC weren't interested in negotiations, he decided to safe the civilians and leave the city in the hands of the USC.
