I feel sorry for Somalia. The worst people are managing it. Wallahi if there was even $100 billion on the table, I wouldn't steal a dollar. All that raised funds will end up in offshore accounts. Sometimes I wonder are the terrorist Shabab better to control Somalis? They would have had my full support if they didn't kill innocent people but then the govt itself has warlords like Indacade and had AY as President and Mohamed Dhere as mayor and Hiirale as Defense Minister. Somalia only has oppprtinists hungry for cash and not real patriots who love their people and country

At least Shabab spent the money they raised from taxes on buying weapons and building their administration. Their leaders lived like peasants. We have groupies going to Belgium with all these Somali leaders telling them to give them money because they are part of the sub sub clan.
