The beginning chapter of the somali politics

According to the world, Somaliland is in soomalia, therefore they will get their share but how? Its part of the cooperation and the talks policies...based on the somali govts positions of seeking unity with somaliland and based on the somaliland separatist position the world doesn't want to violate the talks by insisting that its part of the federal govt instead the conference supports it...thus, they came up with this separate arrangement as somaliland is not part of the federal govt.

However, the funds are for cooperation not for division

Btw silanyo and his expert FM bihi have acted very professional.
Sahal, Somali-land really wants a unity but on a fair ground, i.e. having its share of power and economic advantages of Somalia relocated to Somaliland!

Maamulka XabashiKalkaalland:
We are not part of Somalia, but we do want our share.
Nifaaqnimo on the part of Ictiraaf Ministry.
You either seperate fully(reject every aid that has been associated with Somalia) or stop this munaafiqnimo and accept being treated as regional state.

May Allah destroy amxaarkalkaals, Kenyan kalkaals and every other gaal servants

They don't want and they don't like it. what they are doing is called xiyal nafsiya(defence mechanism) because the somali govt is internationally recognized so that is why they have this al mawqif al isticraadi(review position) li mowakabat el tadworaat...they will do every thing within the framework of the cooperation mechanism

This is why its too complicated now because of the unprecedented things that have appeared so far so they may stay in this way for ages. The govt itself recognizes the somaliland map, they were co-hosting the conference and they didn't invite khatumo!

The conference has recognized somaliland as a separate entity based on these clues

The govt plays the good policy card and these reconciliations and talks are economically motivated first and politically too to get the westren support for this progress, therefore they don't want to clash with somaliland

Somaliland will politically and economically gain more too, they got many things they haven't got it in their history.

The agenda has a confidence building measures

Wassalam.

Sahal is the only one who firmly understands the political situation of Somalia and Somaliland and regarding their talks their future relationship have so far partly been defined. in the economic sense in the cooperation structure between Somalia and Somaliland. The political aspect still remains one of high sensitivity, thats why its being avoided and only certain matters are being discussed in order to avoid the talks from going to a full collapse. but so far so good , the 2 sides have matured that they can show good will and flexibility with in their political constitutional boundaries. So in reality Somaliland is being left alone and can exist as an independent state while it cooperates with Somalia's SFG on some key issues security trade the jointly managing the air space, in order for the trust to return. Somaliland is not after a re union with Somalia , they have seen that and i think its impossible. Somalia its self is not interested to give into the demands of Somaliland in the long term but it showing good will to be credible neighbor and partner to cooperate. So eventually i hope after this longer process international arbitrators will settle the political dispute. But for now the talks are going the right direction lets see how they go next months.

Thanks very much ustaad khalid and welcome back

Most kids in this site don't understand the relation between the politics and interests, all we see now are interests...there is no time for ideologies.
