What are You on about? My thread exactly says that it was wrong for the President to categoregly ignore Khaatumo, even to the point where they were not given ministral positions.

Farhan Yare,

I was saying within America or the West.

After lining the streets trying to disgrace the Somali government and calling the president a war criminal, I doubt anybody will give a crap about their grievances.

The SSC regions went from signing an agreement with Somaliland in 1991 to being Pro Puntland, then Pro Nobody, then Pro Khaatumo State, then Pro SFG and now Anti Everybody and Pro Nobody. Confusion right there.

:pac:

War taa waxaa ka daran the die hard kacaanists who were saying Xasan Shiekh disrespected Afweyne just because he said there was no democracy from 69-91 and that people were persecuted for speaking their mind and even killed for their opinions.

Sahal,

Excellent point, and You're 100% right. Khatumo was actually really screwed and betrayed by Gaas/Faroole during the roadmap and the mp selection process. Dhulbhante wanted their mps to have 1 voice and that was a SSC/Khatumo voice. Instead Gaas/Faroole conspired and had about half their mps be Dhulbahante Puntland mps since Faroole is fiercely anti khatumo. This deprived the Dhulbhanate Khatumo/SSC group to have a strong representation and a unified voice in the Parliment. Khaatumo/SSC should really direct a lot of their anger at Gaas/Faroole more than Xassan Sh.

Actually it wouldn't make a difference in reality they have 8 seats in the Parliament 3 of them were appointed by faroole and 5 by their own garaads.
Even if they had all of them in the Parliament chosen by them it wouldn't change a thing. Its a lost case for them Faroole told them either u join me all of you or you join Somaliland. But khatumo is not going to fly. They are between a rock and a hard place. They control one village in sool Taleeh and this is being undermined by Puntland as we speak Puntland vp is there right now. There are many who joined Somaliland like haglatoosiye and many khatumo faction members in fiqiifuliye last month. But they remain divided and to proud. And there is little Hassasn sheikh can do for them, even if he wanted, and the main stream Hawiye, and policy makers wish to be indifferent, on this.
Khatumo sounds the kurdistaan of the north...you know turkey, syria, iraq and iran are united againist a kurdish state located between them.

Though you military-wise had weaken them but puntland had weaken them too politically!
Sharif before openning the talks with you in his last months he once recognized khatumo and was adding them to the road map but quickly another dicreeto was sent from the office of the pm abdi wali stopping the plan and mahiga was told that "its a contested region"

Every thing has went wrong for them since then.

You think too highly of Your self. Majerten (Puntland) (Khatumo) are 2 lafs of Harti, yet 1 is far superior to You politically its not even funny(Puntland) while the other gives You sleepless nights. Langaabyaho meesha waxne kuma haysid bal iska aamus dadka kaa sareeyo afka haa ku qaadin

Walle there's a special joy in experiencing the hopelessness & pathetic servile nature of your enemies. These Kastuumo parasites are the most hateful & downright nasty people in Somalia & what's even more shocking is that they can't do better than beg, cajole & protest at the same people they despise so much. They understand that the road to their existence & end of their humiliation goes through Mogadishu & it's leadership & hence the excessive whining & complaining. Even their Garaad came to Mogadishu to beg for assistance but was served a plate of Cambuulo & Bun & told to fuck off.

They have been forsaken even by their closest of kin. Puntland considers them terrorists & obstacle to Somaliand & Puntland relations. The SFG considers them a confused irritants & everyone else either enjoys their miserable existence or doesn't care. No wonder their poets & elders are threatening to wear dirac & sleep with Isaaq men. You can't make these shit up

Mr. Barre Huuraale, I wouldn't speak if I was you. Why would we compete for scraps when we can get our republic back?
