On the grounds of Somalia's federal Constitution Puntland has rejected Mogadishu as the capital of Somalia. They propose Garowe to be relocated as Somalia's new capital

Therefore Puntland no longer recognizes the government of Somalia until these demands are met including the Prime minister to be fired and replaced with a Puntlander.
