PM Shirdoon announces Cabinet change

Like I said before, there is no resignation, but only a cabinet change, with an increase in the amount of ministers. There might be some changes between the current ministers.

This doesn't mean shyt! Its only about him

I said he hasn't accepted yet and that he wants a reshuffle instead of resignation
The other thing is that is not yet decided in the way it will happen, through a resignation or motion...the pm hasn't agreed yet, he wants a reshuffle
My reading is that he supports his position publically and that the khilaf may come out within the next week publically!

Even the reshufle is another tact and will face the parliament!!

He hasn't mention a time so wait after 20 oct when the missing mps are back!

Any Organization Expands with the Increase in Finances. Like any CEO, The prime ministers has learnt the Strength and Weaknesses of his cabinet and has Seen opportunities in Other areas. He also has seen new area of expansion. With Millions of dollars from the new Deal in his wallet, He can do what he sees fit to help the Country.

Get this Facts Straight. Xassan Sheikh, Jawari and Saacid were elected for 4 years and they are here to finish their term.

apart from this new Dir whirning which God knows what they are whirning about, everything is in Order.

Sahal, I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you strongly. This is a logical step, considering the increase in funds and the small amount of ministers. Also, this is a chance to be more inclusive for the clans that did not get minister positions the first time around.

Also, the government's reputation is still fragile internationally and internally. A momentus change is the top leaders is hazardous to everyone, and it would not be politically prudent. The last point is that, what political reasons would there be for a khilaf between Xassan Sheikh and Shirdoon, or any head that has influence to remove Shirdoon?

Saciid is not going any where and they will just Seperate some of the ministries which were lumped together.

Great.

The cabinet should be composed of 20 ministers, so every major clan can have 4 ministers. Murusade and Gaaljecel should have ministers. Also the interior and defence ministers should be sacked, those illiterate niggers have no use qashinka, swap them to more qualified persons from their qabiils.

The reshuffle would have happened under any pm so I don't see "the logical step"

This is about the performance, could be new strategy, a change...these are the political reasons

According to addis talks there should be one meeting in xamar but now it has gone two, may be the first bc of brussles wich they shouldn't prepare it...nothing is changing...the insecurity...now do you believe there is no reasons? What can saacid do honestly about this?

What I know is that the pm hasn't accepted this after him and the president had a meeting as soon they were back...since then their groups have been meeting and the pm was insisting the reshuffle so this topic is not new to me.

I'm waiting the arrival of farah abdul qadir who is now in london...I guess the FM was arriving today, she is going too.

Anyways that is me.

Sahal, even if it were true that Shirdoon might be relieved of his duties....what would be the reason for that?

interests

There is a conflict of interests inside the govt, the govt is influenced by two wings: dam jadid and mudug group

Now saacid represents the mudug group interests and policies

If saacid goes, all his crew will go except the interior

Dam jadid has a different interests and all its guys will stay as long the president is in the power, they have 4 pure dam jadid ministers besides the party, the advisors and the financiers

Most of their powerful ministers are the state minister and the deputy FM(gacal, he has the arab world file and the somali ambassadors to that region, he hails from dayniile)

Most powerful mudug wing are: the interior minister-he is dam jadid but he represents all centrals interests so the president has reduced his files in the last couple of months- kamal gutaale, he is the manager of the presidential office, picks the guys who have the same political views though they can be from different clans, the last one he picked was xildhibaan xoosh as next minister...casho haji plays influential role under some cover

Guys who have links to them: chief of the army-mudug and his mum is galmudug- commandant of the army, chief of the intelligent-dependent mudug minority- chief of the police-his mum is from caabudwaaq- minister of resources(he has mudug wife) and the deputy of information

When the pm was in turkey, these guys had a cabinet meeting led by the resources and they nominated a committee among them to host the jubba conference in xamar!!

Now think carefully wich wing has reached the agreement
With jubba?

Of course the president is divided between these two wings so removing saacid and replacing him for example with farmaajo will change abit the balance, most of damj jadid officials and farmaajo have relations

Dam jadid can't go futher than farmaajo for a political reasons but the president has also some national advisors who advise to widen the stake holders in order to get more regional support.
