Lets not waste our time. Untill Our milatary are strong enough to take over every city, Lets just be ready with this political pickering. Every warlord wants to be the President of a town. Tht would be 20 Mini-Somalia in a year.

Are you stupid? For the military to be 'strong enough' there has to be more people who join and leave the warlords under the warlord's permission. The soldiers will still be loyal to their clan so how will they 'take over' every city?
