My info says: the guy was released on "damaanad" bc of the al acyaad-3 to 4 days before the attack- this was the security mistake. He arrived at a cafe in a market that the police get their things often from like the cigs, or go for a tea, he waited and waited for until it become full of people. Only 4 or 6 police were killed out of these 20 people.

Security is great in baladweyne but lately they were busy with elections, they don't give them chance, not allowed hotels to host strangers without contacting with the local authorities, checking every car that goes in and out, going to the houses. Apparently they are taking now their breath from the prison.

hiiraan governor himself was an intelligence officer in the old days so he was able to destroy their sleeping cells.

The current administration was the best so far bc it represents all reer hiiraan so there were no chance for al shabaab to get excuses for example the governor is hawadle, vice-governor is gugundhabe(jajeele) baladweyne mayor is gaaljecel but some times they are able to do some damage.

No. I use to think so wrongly. Udeejeen are the secretary generaal of baladweyne/hiiraan he is called xooghaye guud maxmed xassan the mayor is called abdi bashir aadan he is gaaljece...vice-governor is jajeele he is called mahamed ibrahim cabdi karim there are other posts for other clans.
