Isxaaqo settlements are not places to desire. Hargeisa is by far the ugliest major city known to Somalis. I wouldnt live there even if I was paid to do so. If there is violence heck I would go anywhere even shanty town Hargeisa, safty comes first. As far as choice is concerned, I dont think many people fancy Hargeisa or any of the triangle cities. People of all ethnicities and clans are drawn to Muqdisho, the city which is in the hearts of most Somalis, youll never beat that.
