I guess the biggest winner is the govt, they are getting millions of $$$ by holding this all-inclusive conference in mogadisho

All the clans are represented even my subsubclan has got two seats, one from the govt and the other from jubba though they are againist this

Ahmed madobe has secured the leadership so he has won already but the pm has a say in this and is trying to own the process, at first, he initiated this xamar conference but the interiors agreement in kismayo has changed the agenda into the interests of madobe.

=150 ergo who attended this conference.
