If what is hinted is true than Dam Jadiid's second most powerful member after Farah Abdikhadir is just waiting to be coronated. He was supposed to be the original PM but they didn't want to give impression of a group insurrection so Doodishe (Marehan/Cali Dheere) was not made PM. Now he is waiting to be given his title.

Somalias constitution is still not clear on the powers of the President or Prime Minister, Somalia has adopted a new constitution, but the so called law makers cannot make sense of the constitution, the Prime Minister had been overwhelmed by the President from the very start the Prime minister is now struggling back. Saacid is a bit slow he failed to manage the whole Jubba affairs the whole purpose he was assigned to that office was that he could insert his own policies,he let the situation completely evolve, with out turning or shaping it.
