Define destruction. Hutus do not need guns to destroy anything..they are like a walking bomb because they are inherently destructive. Almost every other clan is at least making some efforts in acquiring relative peace and economic development. Then we have the hutus who have no goals to works towards. They are there to undo every little positive accomplishment. They have a donkey in suit as a president and he has invested more time and money in unnecessary dramas.
