Biimaal are just accusing the SNA commander in lower shabeele his name is gen cabdullahi cageey. The SNA in there includes 1000 hawadle the rest are mainly HG, other related clans and D&M.

Their problem is that they have no one base rather many bases in different areas also are not coherent plus HG controls the security in the adminstration and each has his own army

The same thing goes for biimaal, they have a lot of bases, one of them is number 50
