Tarsan is the greatest mayor mogadishu ever had, the guy has changed the face of the town

Of course its a great honour of being member of the asmara-based alliance for the liberation of somalia

He arrived with sh sharif as an mp

What min amir meant is his new housing policy of saying renew your buildings or I will take them!

That is right, 40% of the roads have been reconstructed yet the old shyt buildings are still over the place

Tarsan is not a corrupt but him and his wife get millions bc they have monopoly on the contracts and importing the deals wich is a different thing or getting it by law.

Sahal is right....awarding contracts to yourself, relatives and associates is not corruption.
PS The old dilapidated buildings are ruining the image of new Xamar.....better to confiscate the .5 homes.

Firstly amin amir is kinda of mafia/dahir calasaaw he is been one year after this guy!

I heard he gets money on his work when he targets some guys.

Now, I actually wrote "wich is a kinda of different corruption" instead of saying a different thing but I delated it

Its a privilege/al imtiyaz, this is called an implicit corruption

It depends on the country for example its allowed in china, iran and the countries that have a socialist economic or have a prejudace...etc

Reer tarsans seizure is only on the administrative service and he got it through his position, what is wrong is what is happening in the arab world where you got people with state bestowed privileges like the syrian president billionaire cousin rami makhlouf
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rami_Makhlouf

Honestly you can't avoid the power

There is a guy who is gudoomiyaha of one of the xamar districts, he is one of two hardworking gudoomiyaal and the people like him bc atleast he serves them well so they call him mooryaan macquul :D

So according to Sahal, officials enriching themselves while people are literally starving in front of them....is not corruption?
I think this says more about him than the state of somali politics. :snoop:

PS don`t try to smear amin....his political cartoons have almost always been spot on.
