Allies can be more than one qabil yes, but they'll not be known until they actually appear.

You give too much credit to HAG, you make it sound like the KGB. This will have nothing to do with Mogadishu, what Biyomaal is doing in S/hoose is setting the stage for the grander battle that will be executed by D&M in the Jubas.
