What else can these buffoons say?.....they`re clearly incapable of confronting Al Shabaab.
Why would the Shabaab negotiate with people whom hide beneath Uganda tanks?
They now they could take Xamar in minutes....if the Amisom left.
Paying them their wages and equipping them may be a good place to start.
Then get all the armchair generals together...give them a rifle and point them in the direction of Al Shabaab.
Two fronts must be opened up against the shabaab....constantly resupplied and relieved.
No more xamar desk jobs/khaat chewing......send all surplus personnel not needed in Xamar to the frontline.
The problem with the army is that they`re being let down by their commanders and politicians.
Their budgets/equipment are stolen or diverted to clan militias bent on land expansion in Hiiraan,S Hoose & S Dhexde.
Until this is addressed ( and I doubt it will), we will continue to have a pathetic militar...totally dependent on Amisom.
