It is the second day of water shortages in Hargeysa, whilst the Somaliland cabinet has not talked about this situation yet. After the Somaliland cabinet increased the tax of water tank drivers.

It's remarkable that you haven't created a single thread about the explosions and the security situation in Mogadishu. Instead you're focusing on Hargeysa and the water shortages that was caused by a walkout.


Mogadishu is your capital and therefore the problems in that city should concern you while Hargeysa is my capital and the problems in that city are my problems.

30% of the town does, however the remaining 70% depends on water tank distribution.

Some parts of the city doesn't and therefore these parts of town have to rely on Booyado which is quite primitive if you ask me.
