Anyway who were these unnamed "Chinese diplomats"?
The Chinese ambassador to Somalia and other Chinese diplomats. I find it difficult remembering Chinese names if thats what ur looking for.

ximaanjaale, has china opened an embassy in mogadishu? how's the somali government and china connections at this point, excluding the projects?
China already has a ambassador for Somalia, he speaks Somalis too!! They will be opening their embessy in the coming weeks. Somali government and Chinese government are building strong connection, and I can say it is getting there!
