The main aim of the Islamic state will be to unite the Somali people under one banner, where their rights will be protected and honoured by the state.The state will be ruled according to Sharia law, it shall not recognise the colonial borders. Citizenship is given to any Muslim and by any Non-muslim paying jizyah. The capital of the state will be Baidoa, the national languages will be kept as Arabic and Somali, in the south regional dialects may replace Somali.

Main goals of the state:
-Unite the Somalis
-Split the state into different administrations, with a native governor for each one
-Establish law and order, due process and other legal procedures
-Nationalise all assets and companies that don't bring benefit to the wider society
-Establish farming communities in the riverine area so the state can be self-sufficient
-Bring the refugees and IDPs back to their homes
-Conquer the highlands and Nairobi, taking as much booty as possible before setting up administration
-Jizyah must be paid by all non-muslim citizens and Zakah by the muslim citizens
-All form of TVs shall be banned with drugs and other illicit past-times
-All farms that grow drugs shall be ceased and used by the state
-Coastguards shall be set up to capture any illegal fisheries or navies, all shall be executed
-The name of the state shall be subjected to change, Eat African Islamic State or Islamic state of Baidoa
-The flag will be fully black like the khulafa rashidun times

SYL were great, the Dervish and Biyomal Revolt were even greater but this State shall be the pinnacle point of all Somalis, it shall be our greatest achievement. Some might say its impossible but I'm a belieber and never say never.
