The blame actually falls on Somalis/isaaq/xamar governor. Why should westerners save Somalis, i didn't know Somalis were infants.

Support the Govt......half of them are Shabaab financiers/sympathizers.
The Kismayo debacle proves that this Govt would rather fight it's own citizens than Al Shabaab.
