lol, I just didn't see that one coming. I guess elegance has different connotations in French and Arabic, I thought you were calling the guy smooth or some shit
[/quote]
That is its true meanings bc english is mostly a mix of french and germanic languages. Pardon vs forgiveness, freedom vs liberty

In the novels and sports it means the same way as french
élégant : agile

The elegant president  Sahal sxb this is a battle the president can't win.
I thought him being clumsy about the somali affaires but if he is doing it deliberately, then he won't have the cabinet, simply the president will appoint a new pm who can form the cabinet!.
There is a simply solution Sahal and its to respect and uphold the law of the land, i,e the constitution. The pm will pick his own cabinet and those failed mps who brought down the last goverment will not come back. Its obvious why Hassan sheikh insist on taking them back. Not because of their competency but their loyality towards him. The likes of Fowsiya and Abdikarim Guleed and the other failed politicans where promised to return but they wont. They would have been in the goverment until 2016 but they throw their chances away. Image

The constitution and the cahd is the paper his signed before becoming the pm, you know this guy was brought by gacal not by election or the people? Just will disappear from the same door if he changes his mind!

Let alone the pm, dam jadid can change the constitution by giving the president an absolute power.
The pm needs to take his council of ministers to the parliament and if he gets rejected the president will appoint a new one! If he survives he won't take more than 6 months and may be less if the president was given to an absolute power!!!!.

Dam jadid is what changing somalia and the pm has read in front of the parliament that he will work within the presidents 6 pillar policy, I will still support him until I receive such emails that he is untrustworthy, nothing is clearly againist him now so don't put him that way!.

What you guys fail to understand is that culusow will go down, him and the PM are in a big fight over naming of the new cabinet. This time the blame will be on culusow and the international community will realise culusow has regressed the country and the he is the problem.

He already is in loggerheads with the new PM HWO IS ONE MONTH INTO HIS JOB.

Hurdaaye saacid has done one good thing he exposed culusow and shown the world that culusow is a corrupt thug.

I don't understand how they think they are going to stay after getting rid of the man who brought them in.

This is wishful thinking. Even if the President wanted to control the cabinet, he wouldn't go about it blatantly as you're suggesting.

They don't need anything since they have their own autonomous region called Puntland.

The constitution needs to be reformed, there is a talk to adopt some lines of the 60s constitution wich gives the president the power to appoint and fire his pm. At the moment, two-heads can't work together.

The problem is that this govt is led by a political islam party and is not allowed the pm to be from the same circles so they tried to pick a guy who is close to them. Now the news are saying the president is not happy with the way the pm is handling the situation, he is involved with crazy clans and mps and now they are preparing a motion againist the new cabinet if it includes the party.
