Meyle, those Ikhwaans have funded more projects in Somaliland than the Somaliland govt. Im not sure of their opinion but they have a strong foothold there too. They could very well be in power after Siilanyo steps aside. They could very well be infiltrating Wadani or UCID as we speak.

Most projects are organized within the communities, however I do agree that we have politicians and individuals that adhere to political islam and movements such as al-Islaax but the difference is, they don't have enough power to change the discourse within Somaliland, for instance when it comes to independence.
