I think their intention is clear. They don't want to talk with Khatumo they want to fight them which is unfortunate . Abdwali daawo lost major points already

ssc folks should accept the reality that they are part of since somaliland's borders like the rest of african nations are made by europe and forms the basis of a country

bindhe and karaash has the backing of their subclans. not to mention, they were and still are khaatumo's presidents. adding them to the cabinet should create connection between the two sides, making the reconciliation easier.

also to add, the cabinet has to get the parliament's approval. so, there is a good chance some of the ministers will not get the parliament's approval.
