25 useless,'powerless, half a city rulers, incompetent and an absolute debacle. It's so illegitimate that it defies logic. They keep naming cabinet after cabinet but their authority does not surpass a 23 miles radius of Mogadishu. It's been 10 years of a government after a government and their true authority encompasses a redicalious 23 miles radius. Naclatulah ya ilma xaaraan
