You have a former general as the minister of health, that khat addicted woman as some minister, brain-dead Dhuxulow as the minister of information, Goodax the retarded inbred as the interior minister. Tarzan was never consulted and was named the deputy minister of some bogus ministry and even he couldn't hide his shock during his press conference.
