So my dear Konfurians, what is a manageable situation for the Konfurian State:

1. Do we continue to be allegedly represented by a government that can not stand on its own two feet ? One that is more beholden to its foreign bodyguards and funders.

2. At what point do we accept that no foreigner can bring us any stability or solution to our problems ?

3. Why do we allow our futures to be mortgaged by foreigners ?

In order to control your own country you need a loyal army that is well fed and that is not happening. These cadans have trained thousand of soldiers then took them to the front-line with no salary resulting in them putting up isbaaros. I don't blame those soldiers it's called a survival instinct. That is why it is time for us to start some sort of funding program for a 10000 strong $200 month salary SNA (I meant $2607.14 a year)(that salary is to motivate them) for S/C Somalia. But in order to do this it needs 100000 volunteers who donate $20 a month or 200000 who donate $10 a month with a total of $26,071,428.5714 for the whole of the 10000 strong SNA.

The SFG should be responsible for the weapons part. I know the number of volunteers needed is huge but i think this is the only way so let me know if you think i'm crazy or thinking outside the box ps the Somali presdient had a similar idea but due to no one trusting the SFG it flopped

1. Move The capital to Galkayo

2.Dissolve the incompetent Parliament.

3.Reduce the army and police to management size that is sustainable without aid from the West.

4.Let the real powers of the country rule, there is no need to waste space & resources with .5s that make no real difference on the ground.

5. Set a salary of $1,000 for each MP a month, Set $2,000 a month for Ministers. $3,000 a month for Speaker & $5,000 a month for President.
btw deputy Minister should get $1,500 a month.

Generals-$3,000 a month.
Police officer $150 a month
Army-250 a month
Special forces-$500 a month.

6.Make a new Parliament with those with real power that hold territory. 5 representatives for each of the original 18 regions will give us a total of 90mps.
7. Elect a New President.
8. 20,000 total army force. 5,000 darood, 5,000 hawiye, 5,000 Eelay, 4,000 dir and 1,000 .5s.
