How can Amisom leave in 2014 when an additional amisom forces from Ethiopia just arrived in bay and bakool.

Not possible. The defence budget is not enough to provide necessities to the soldiers and hence they cant function properly.

No. Read it some days ago but I can't remember where, I will post the link for you if I get it again. Its about the foreing security agencies who assist the govt, their contracts have come to end and this govt is not renewing them. Apparently NISA is up to take the challenges.

Amisom mandate will end in oct 2014.
